Gestalt-Therapy

his agreement outlines the terms of our professional relationship, ensuring a clear, supportive framework for your personal growth. Whether you’re seeking therapy for anxiety, relationship support, or help with building self-esteem, this structure helps create a safe and effective space for exploration and change.

1. Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. All sessions are strictly confidential, meaning nothing shared will leave the therapy room without your consent. Exceptions are limited to cases where there is a legal or ethical duty to act, such as concerns about harm to yourself or others.
2. Session Format

Sessions last 60 minutes, conducted in-person in London or online to suit your needs.

For online sessions, please ensure a quiet, private space for confidentiality and focus.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, except in emergencies.
4. Fees and Payment

Session fees are agreed upon in advance and must be paid 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or other secure options.
5. Free Demo Session
I offer a free 30-minute diagnostic session for both therapy and coaching. It’s perfect for anyone new to working with a therapist or coach and looking for guidance and support.
6. Ending Therapy
You may end therapy at any time, though discussing this in advance allows for a proper conclusion and reflection on your progress.
7. Supervision and Standards
To maintain professional excellence, I may discuss anonymized details of our work during clinical supervision. This ensures the highest standard of care while protecting your confidentiality.
